Kiran is a recent graduate of the University of Sydney, holding a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Accounting. He has experience in both sales and customer service roles. Kiran assists the team in administration and back office, supporting our advisers and management.
Kiran has a keen interest in numerical problem-solving and enjoys making complex concepts easy to understand for those with less financial literacy. He continues to develop his knowledge within wealth management and is committed to delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes for our clients.

Jessica has completed a Diploma of Financial Planning (DFP) and is currently studying to attain the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. She has been working in the financial planning industry since 2016, gathering a wide range of experience in multiple roles including administration, compliance and paraplanning.
Jessica assists in the advice preparation process with the aim to develop clear and concise advice documents. She has a keen interest in the data and metrics side of financial planning and uses this information to support our advisers in delivering meaningful outcomes for clients.

Financial Planning Technical Resource Officer
David has an MBA, Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and has passed the Certified Financial Planner and Financial Adviser exams. He has been providing financial advice for the last 10 years following a career leading and managing various businesses. He has provided financial advice to clients of one of the Big Four banks, a corporate investment company and an industry super fund.
After a long career, David is stepping away from his full time role as Financial Adviser and returns part time in early 2025 assisting the advice team in the analysis and development of complex client strategies and other supportive tasks.

Jacqueline has over 5 years’ experience working in the Life Insurance services industry in a Customer Service Support role. She understands the needs of our professional clients and is a valuable support member with her empathetic approach to client cases.
Her main goal is to ensure that our clients receive the high level of care that they deserve, from their first phone call and start of their policy through to claim time.
Jacqueline brings a light energy to our team and uses her positive attitude to encourage others to be empowered. She believes that “you can raise your potential, when you help someone reach their potential”.

Martin has extensive experience in client-facing roles and is passionate about delivering quality customer service.
Martin’s previous roles in hospitality and retail have given him invaluable experience in leadership, delegation and organisational skills, with a focus on attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines. Martin has a strong capability to resolve problems and improve customer satisfaction.

Adam has completed his Bachelor of Economics with double majors in Finance and Financial Economics at the University of New South Wales and his Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and Masters of Financial Planning with Kaplan Professional. He is a member of the Self Managed Super Fund Association and the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA).
Adam completed his Professional Year in financial planning in June 2025 and is a welcome addition to our financial advisory team. He joined the team at PWS with 3 years of paraplanning experience at another financial advisory firm.
Adam prepares advice documents and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

She is multi skilled in business operations, strategic solutions, team management, analysis and account management. Charmaine is extremely passionate about finding ways to continuously improve processes and in doing so, enhance the overall customer experience.
One of the previous projects Charmaine holds close to her heart is where she defined, trained and improved compliance to the Standard Operating Procedures . This resulted in effective and efficient client communications and resolutions.

Her previous roles included working with stockbrokers, fund managers and asset finance companies. She has been in the financial planning industry since 2018.

John has worked with organisations in Australia, North America, UK and Europe, accruing broad business consulting, personnel selection and management experience across many industries and markets.
Educated in both Australia and the UK, John holds an MBA and other financial qualifications. His expertise includes consulting roles with multinational enterprises involving business and financial modelling, predictive talent analytics, performance metric development and team optimisation. We are delighted to have John assisting PWS in the selection and development of our team.

Sonia has worked in the financial planning industry since 2011 and has gained considerable experience in that time. She enjoys working with advisers on research, analysis, cashflow modelling and helps develop quality financial advice to assist our clients in meeting their financial goals.
Sonia manages the advice preparation process and ensures the highest standard in advice document delivery.
Sonia holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and has completed a Diploma of Financial Planning (DFP). She is also an accredited aged care professional.

Bilal has a strong academic background in Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional (Grad Dip FP) and Accounting from Macquarie University (BCom Acc) and has worked in client services, retail and administration since 2011.
He enjoys working in the financial services industry due to its dynamic character. His role at PWS allows him to combine his experience in client service with his interest in financial services, enabling him to provide an efficient and complete personalised experience to all PWS clients. Bilal provides the day-to-day support to our executive financial planners and ensures that PWS’ valued clients’ financial needs and requirements are administered accordingly.

Kirstin began her career in auditing in South Africa and obtained extensive experience in the audit and accounting of a wide range of industries. Subsequently she worked as a financial analyst with the Royal Bank of Canada in the Channel Islands before relocating to Australia and joining PWS.
Kirstin is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and has joined PWS as our financial controller.

Mike is our Compliance Manager and has over 34 years’ experience in the financial services industry in various technical and managerial roles.
Prior to joining PWS he held senior compliance roles in financial services including licensing and audits/reviews for a major insurer, general insurance brokerages and numerous financial planning firms and their representatives.
Mike earned a degree in law from the Australian National University in Canberra and holds a practicing certificate as a solicitor and barrister in NSW. He is also a fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and holds a Diploma in Personal Financial Planning from the University of Southern Queensland.
Mike is responsible for conducting our AFS Licensee and Representative Reviews, managing our compliance requirements with various government regulatory bodies and general compliance management.

Alex joined the Life Insurance industry in 2002 and has a deep appreciation for the value of life changing financial advice and the outcomes it can deliver, having grown up in an advice practice.
Alex joined PWS in 2019 to bring her expertise to the team. She has a strong background in group and retail life insurance, policy interpretation, underwriting practices and terms, claims advocacy, and employee benefit programs.
At PWS, Alex is responsible for leading our Corporate Benefits Solution and Referral Partnerships programs. Her extensive experience allows her to develop strategic partnerships with employer groups and collaborate with other professional service providers to best serve our clients.
One of Alex’s key strengths is advocating for clients at claim time. Drawing on her experience in group, super default, and retail insurance claims, Alex understands the value of recommending quality contractual definitions, which sees her advised clients benefit from increased claims success.
In addition to her professional experience, Alex is also bilingual and speaks German fluently, having picked up a bit of Austrian dialect during her time living in the south of Austria with her family.
Alex has completed her Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, furthering her knowledge and skills to better serve our clients at PWS.

Jonathan is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals and provides high-quality financial advice with integrity and honesty. He began his career in auditing, progressing to audit manager, before joining the financial services industry. He has 12 years of experience working for large international institutions including HSBC Private Bank and Northern Trust in the UK, and AMP in Australia. His various roles with these institutions have included managing client relationships for high net worth clients and various finance and team management roles for funds and corporates.
Jonathan is also our Research Manager, utilising the investment knowledge he has gained over his career as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. In this capacity, Jonathan provides ongoing review and oversight of all new and existing products recommended by PWS.

After six years as an Australian army officer, Don entered the financial planning industry in 1980. Don has also worked at senior national levels in several management roles, is a sought-after public speaker and has presented numerous papers at industry forums.
Don has qualified as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), the highest internationally recognised qualification within the industry. He holds a Diploma in Financial Planning from RMIT University and has completed extensive training in the specialised area of Self Managed Superannuation. He is also a Justice of the Peace.
